At each visit, my hands will meet your body where it’s at, working in concert to unwind stored tension and restore fluidity to your body, mind and life. Hands on therapies such as chiropractic adjustments, fascial release, and neuro-energetic techniques may be utilized in addition to movement, nutrition and lifestyle instructions. It all depends on what your body is asking for in the moment.

Get a clear plan to activate your body’s self-healing function. You’ll learn action steps for how to self-heal, self regulate and become more resilient to chronic stress.

After submitting your Health Questionnaire, I will review it and email you with any follow up questions.

The following week, you will meet with me in person for an exam.

A few days to a week later you’ll meet with me again to discuss the results and get your personalized plan to heal existing symptoms, identify where your body is struggling under the surface, and optimize your health from the inside out.
