Tip 6
APPLY ALL THE TIPS WHILE MOVING THROUGH YOUR DAY
to naturally tone the uterus and pelvic floor
Your body can benefit from a neutral spine in many different positions such as walking, running, squatting, on hands and knees, to list a few.
When you begin moving, the loads placed on your body increase beyond your standing weight (which is the number of pounds you see when you step on a scale). Maintaining a neutral spine while moving will allow your bones, discs, ligaments, tendons and muscles to carry loads efficiently, and therefore make walking or running more sustainable for your tissues.
To align your spine while moving, adjust your pelvis, ribs and head as you did while standing still and then start moving.
